Marvin Jensen has been actively involved in the real estate industry for the past 20 years as an agent, owner, manager, broker and developer. After graduating from the University of Utah his Real Estate career began in earnest. As a native of Utah and specifically Salt Lake City, Marvin knows the nuances of the neighborhoods that surround the city.

Accomplishments

Marvin specializes in new construction, condominiums/PUD’s and resale homes. In 2003, he became a Principal Broker and was instrumental in securing the largest listing of a residential real estate brokerage; a 340-unit condominium project estimated at $75,000,000. He was also instrumental in the sellout of four other development communities in Salt Lake City. In 2005, Marvin was the #1 Sales and Production Leader for his company with 69 closed transactions, and in 2007 and 2008, Marvin received the Realtor Distinguished Service Award from the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.

Education & Training

Marvin has attained his Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation, the highly respected CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST (CRS) designation, is a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, and has attained his ABR®, ACCREDITED BUYER REPRESENTATIVE designation, and is a SENIORS REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST (SRES). He currently serves as Chairman on the Government Affairs/RPAC Committee for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, as Vice President of the Utah Chapter of CRS, and is a member of the Park City Board of Realtors and the Utah Association of Realtors. He is also a Licensed Continuing Education Instructor for the State of Utah.

Free Time

In his free time, Marvin enjoys hiking the mountains of Utah, motorcycles, writing, coaching, and personal development, he also loves to ski and snowmobile

I have read several articles about government grant scams but this post is very interesting to me compared to the other articles when i found it on Wednesday.
