Marvin Jensen has been actively involved in the real estate industry for the past 20 years as an agent, owner, manager, broker and developer. After graduating from the University of Utah his Real Estate career began in earnest. As a native of Utah and specifically Salt Lake City, Marvin knows the nuances of the neighborhoods that surround the city.

Accomplishments

Marvin specializes in new construction, condominiums/PUD’s and resale homes. He has had his Brokers license since 1996, and has been the Principal Broker of several offices in Salt Lake City; he is currently an associate Broker at Windermere. Over the last several years, Marvin has been instrumental in securing large residential listing projects as well as the sellout of other development communities in and around Salt Lake City. Marvin is a leader in his Company for customer satisfaction ratings from his clients. Marvin has received numerous Sales and Production Awards, and in 2007, 2008 and 2009, Marvin received the Realtor Distinguished Service Award from the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, which recognizes “outstanding achievement in professionalism, education, service and Board participation, while observing the highest ethical standards”.

Education & Training

Marvin has attained his Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation, the highly respected CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST (CRS) designation, is a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, and has attained his ABR®, ACCREDITED BUYER REPRESENTATIVE designation, and is a SENIORS REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST (SRES). He is past Chairman on the Government Affairs Committee for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, is President-Elect of the Utah Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists, a member of the Utah Association of Realtors Legislative Committee, and is a member of the Park City Board of Realtors and the Utah Association of Realtors. He is also a Licensed Continuing Education Instructor for the State of Utah.

Free Time

In his free time, Marvin enjoys hiking the mountains of Utah, motorcycles, writing, coaching, and personal development, he also loves to ski and snowmobile.
