Seller’s, when you are getting ready to sell your home,
ASK the listing agent what they are going to do for you in exchange for the commission you are paying! Get an OUT clause in the agreement, if they don’t do certain things, you can cancel the contract. Simple. It is costing you thousand of dollars for a poor marketing approach on your listed property! Cheap or no photos can cost you dollars…
There are so many quality agents out there willing to give you exceptional service, there is no excuse for hiring a poor agent. One caveat, you must pay a fair price for these services, the $299.00 MLS service listing will not get you a lot of marketing services, most photo tours cost a few hundred dollars alone.
